CR. is right here - there is very little information in your question to
go on. There's a FAQ entry on kpilot.org about troubleshooting devices. It
should answer all your questions - and if it doesn't, I think a
FC-specific list is more likely to get you an answer (after which I'd
appreciate an update for the FAQ, for reference). Some devices want
/dev/ttyUSB0, others /dev/ttyUSB1 (assuming that's even what the devices
get called these days).
