Well, no - but then, I should claim that the feature was added in a hurry 
before 3.2.2 (or 3.2.1?), and there's no way to add such a text _anyway_, due 
to the documentation and string freeze. It's fixed in HEAD now, with a much 
more verbose error message.

Settings that aren't explicitly written by the application to the config file 
aren't stored in it at all; KConfigXT makes this slightly better since you 
can use the kconfig_editor program to edit configuration files while seeing 
what the KConfigXT files say about the values you're editing (ie. it's a 
guided text editor).
