I have an email that was incorrectly classified as spam by Spamassassin. 
Because of this, the message (html) is now an attachment. I can see the 
message by clicking on it, at which point it opens in a window that shows the 
HTML message.

The problem is that there is no way to print this message from KMail. There is 
no menu and no toolbar on the openned attached message. In fact, the only way 
I've found to print it is to forward the entire message (attachment and all) 
to another machine, open it with Outlook Express - THEN print it.

Does anyone know how such an attached message can be printed in KMail?
