To be honest I don't even understand half of your post.
Is the problem solved or not?
As for the "GROSSLY INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSE" I have to say that I worked for many \
years on K3b during my spare time and I simply don't have to put up with comments \
like "I have never come across so many errors and unstable nature of any application \
such as KB3 - In its current version it should be really classified as BETA". As for \
the versioning: 0.x has nothing to do with kde. It has been a standard way of \
versioning in open-source for years.
