Hi Mark,
I've now decided that separate wikis for each language are unworkable; the 
major reason being: if someone wants to translate a page to a hitherto unused 
language, they'll have to contact the admin and wait. Which is entirely too 
tedious.

I now prefer Dominik's option 2:
Development/Tutorials/Shell_Scripting_with_KDE_Dialogs/de
...as that's at least how Wikimedia Meta functions. And it's less confusing 
than de:* variations since namespacing and i18n are unrelated matters.

Is this ok with you?
