uhm, sorry, but these colors really don't fit. it's not light yellow anyway.

why not take e.g. the plastik color scheme as an inspiration ? imho the blue 
together with light grey would make the best job.
the blue is fancy and popular enough (but really too much of it there) while the 
light grey for backgrounds of the menu boxes would made more conservative 
look'n'feel acceptable for more "serious" visitors.
also the default font size could be reduced as already mentioned.

what do you think ?
