That's exactly what i tried to said (my poor english....). There is a benefit 
for two kind of contributors:

- Developers: they should avoid losing their time dealing with HTML, CSS 
clases, PHP framewoks and the likes. Wiki allow them to write down 
interesting stuff that should be edited, cleaned and included in a KDE web 
page by the respective maintainers.

- Newbies: they have an oportunity to add stuff without knowledge of the 
medium. By the same process, the maintainer of the respective sites should 
"extract" good stuff and include it in the "oficial web".
