was looking on unix.org and found the refrance to Unix should be UNIX on 
accordance with  
http://www.opengroup.org/openbrand/tmla.pdf
discription and guidelines for use of the name 

as the term Unix is used rathere than "officaily correct use of it " 

so rather than 
"the technological superiority of the Unix opperating system."

that sould say something like  :-

" the technological superiority of a UNIX opperating system. "

its just that i don't know if it has any legal implications in using it in its 
current form 
and though you should be aware of it
