If you wish this to be implemented in KDE, then you have two ways to make
it happen:
1. You can file a wishlist item at http://bugs.kde.org. This doesn't mean
that it will be implemented, but maybe you manage to pursuade a developer
looking for project to spend time on.
2. If you are really interested in making this happen, then you could have
to start the project yourself. We have a number of tutorials explaining
how to program with KDE, I can send you the links if you want.
