good morning
i downloaded KDE 3.1.5 with the following source packages around 15
however I couldn't launch it .
I have window XP and I use Cygwin .
to be honest I wanted to use kde as GUI with Cygwin does it work ?
I scan the website and didn't find a real information
thank you if you've got any information about it
