Ok, revised answer:

You can't, but if you tell me the bugnumber I can do it for you.

The reason is that "wishlist" is hacked into the "severity" field. 
Unfortunately we had users that abused this "severity" field by marking all 
their bugs "criticial", so we had to disable that field.
