me too ;)
even if we had a working setup (with secure php code, filled database, ...) I 
wouldn't know who would do the maintainance of the stuff + much more 
important: the review of all submissions in a reasonable timeframe.
fm may not be open source heaven, but it is working, well known and would 
expose the kde apps more in public, if we even can have influence on them in 
some aspects, even better.
