I like this idea and think it is a good solution if we were to go it alone 
there would not only be a lot of work involved but we would have to find the 
hosting and bandwidth as well, which could prove to be quite difficult.

I'm sure would have to be able to setup the categories as we see fit and 
maintain a good level of organization so that shouldn't be a problem. As 
Navin said it's a pity we don't have Andreas' input but at the end of the day 
there isn't much we can do if he is unreachable.

So how do we get the ball rolling? I should have some free time over the next 
few days that I can use to help out.
