http://apps.kde.com was feeding them. As this site is barely (or not at all) 
reachable, it was decided to remove the feed.

As for another place, well, yes, there is http://apps.kde.com , when it it 
will be reachable again...

As for a replacement, well, there are a few ideas but it must be implemented 
first.
