Now that was handy Dre, someone was asking about that just the other day. As 
for offline browsing that is already available in kde 2.2.  Make sure your 
cache is set for offline-browsing in control-centre under proxies/cache and 
then use your history list to offline browse to your hearts content. Possibly 
this worked in kde2.1 but I cant remember.
