Normally, all you have to do is tell KPPP the phone number of your ISP
and give it two DNS addresses.

There does seem to be a set up quirk though that you may have missed.  If
your ISP does NOT authenticate itself (they don't) then you need to edit
the file:

    /etc/ppp/options

It needs to contain only one line:

    noauth
