Hmm? You would normally do it be editing the users' .xinitrc file.

Do something like:

Add a new session using the KDE control panel (I can't remember the file
to manually edit).

Then edit /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession

and add something like:

case $# in
1)
        case $1 in
        KDE2)
                startkde
                ;;
        esac
esac
