28 ?????? 2000 21:36, Victor Yang ???????:
| I recently installed Mandrake 7.2 with XFree86 4.0.1 and everything
| seemed to be working fine. Mandrake 7.2 installs KDE2 by default (though
|
| After several minutes of running KDE and after I closed the control
| center, all my fonts changed to some annoyingly large fixed font. So now
| all my title bars, menus, pop-up hints, icon names etc. were displayed in
| this odd font whose name I forget (I'm not at my linux box now).

Had similar problem with Russian (ru) locale. Which locale do you use
(selected by country during install)?
it was "ledfixed" font in my case
|
| The same thing happened when I logged in with my user account.
| Anyone have any ideas of the cause - or better yet, of the fix? Thanks.

Install TrueType fonts from Windows. I guess you are now in Windows, right?
:-)
There were some instructions posted on this list already.

Do you have Arial font installed? Just test it!
