This is probably not the right forum, but I'll try anyway.

I've upgraded to RH7. I have a Voodoo 2 graphics card and want to install
Device3dfx. I have some problems when compiling however. It seems that RH7
has Linux 2.4 kernel header files even though the installed kernel is
2.2.16 (or is it 15?). Because of this the 3dfx module is installed (and
compiled for?) 2.4 kernel and put in "/lib/modules/2.4.x/misc". I tried to
move it to "/lib/modules/2.2.16/misc" but it doesn't work as it should.

I also have problems compiling a few KDE 2 apps (triclipse, kbiff 3.3).

Why are 2.4.x headers installed as default together with 2.2.16 kernel and
is there anything I can do to get this working?
