   Varies hourly, they're all busy.  I do an ftp search for an rpm I 
know is in 7.2 (http://ftpsearch.lycos.com/?form=medium) and then try
a few.  Best connection I recently got was from Austria (.at), 
Indiana's (.edu) good too.  Geography doesn't seem to matter.
