The EASIEST way to do this would likely be to make a symbolic link
between /opt/kde and /usr/kde. That way, anything looking for
/opt/kde would be fooled into using /usr/kde. All "Official" RedHat
rpms are going to install into /usr/kde. Of course, you CAN use the
--relocate, but IMNSHO, if you plan to use RPMs, you should use the
/usr/kde path.
