A direct cut-and-paste from their site:

 AntiVir for Linux (5.16.0.1)

This is our native Linux scanner with the same detection and removing rates
as all our other AntiVir programs. While Linux itself is almost immune
against virus attacks, it often is used as a file and mail server for
Windows clients. Scan your ftp upload area as well as email attachments.

Protect your clients by protecting your server!

This program is free of charge if you use it only at home for private
purposes.
Some features are available only if you have registered with H+BEDV. To
register please send an email containing your postal and email addresses and
a statement that you will use AntiVir for Linux only for private purposes to
linux_registration@hbedv.com.

To automatically scan email attachments you probably will need AMaViS.
AMaViS is "A Mail Virus Scanner" that patches your /etc/sendmail.cf so that
all mail transfered by sendmail will be checked.
AMaViS is free software according to the GPL.
It's official web site is http://aachalon.de.
Download the current version at
http://aachalon.de/AMaViS/amavis-0.2.0pre1.tar.gz.
