I'm looking over the file, first of all, "nice work", and secondly, a few 
suggestions:

1) categorize the BSDs along with Linux as the "Free desktop Unices" instead 
of just linux, since there will be BSD users there, and KDE isn't Linux-only.

2) add more "why" questions, such as:


	a)  
	Please rank your comfort level with the command line: 
	Not at all	1	2	3	4	5	Extremely 
	comfortable						comfortable 

	b)
	What would make you more wanting to use a desktop environment?

3) maybe a question like..
	Rate what the priorities KDE should emphasise on for future major releases.
	a) Stability
	b) speed
	c) features
	d) Look

	Rate what priorities KDE should emphasise on for future minor releases.
	....

4) and a question like
	What non-KDE applications do you use that have KDE counterparts do you use,
		Why?
