Review request for KDE Usability.

Description
-------

Since I know KDE there is no such icon preferences-system-ssl which makes i=
t fall back to the generic preferences-system icon which says nothing. So I=
guess view-certificate is a much better icon.

Diffs

Testing

kbuildsycoca4 doesn't complain :-)

Thanks,
