I was wondering how would 2 column layout would perform on files with long
names. In Aurélien's mock it would be 25%-50% of dialog width, that might be
enough. Can it be done in 2 rows layout?

My guess would be
https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1y7YAZQzl88Sng91lHZEejOEzZ3ZwR1J97jTe_6pEaJE/edit?hl=en_US.
Not the pretty one, but as 20 min job hopefully would do the job :) Should
be editable by anyone.

Having tabs mostly solves issue pointed by Aurélien. Its easy to append
files on "All" tab. While other tabs are invisible, files can be inserted to
preserve some sorting without flickering the UI - useful when you came back
after an hour and find millions of errors. Then tab is active, too bad - new
files gets appended on the bottom.

Or - dialog can remember exact position of last selected file and
immediately after inserting new files scroll the list, so the last selected
file is kept on the same place.

Each tab can have different layout. If file can't be written do to
permissions error, permissions could be displayed. On the other hand if
files overlaps - permissions is irrelevant and files comparison overlay
could be displayed...

Cheers,
Lukas
