Great work! The first impression is a very good one. The texts are
explanatory and the left panel with the preview of required steps is a
good detail.

Some minor notes:

* Step 1) Welcome:
- You should start describing what is Simon. If the user has installed
it manually this won't be needed, but maybe it was pre-installed by
the distro and the user accessed the wizard by clicking on the
application icon.

- "You can change all these options later", but you don't say how. Are
all them changed through the Configure menu? Then say so.

- I assume you get good default values if you just skip the tutorial
with Next->Next->Next? Inform that all steps are optional and you will
get sensible defaults for a stand-alone user.

* Step 2) Scenarios:
-Can you use the Get Scenarios button later without restarting the
wizard (which requires restarting Simon)?

* Step 3) Base model:
-In which cases would I want to configure base models? Will the
default be valid for my voice? (and language??)

* Step 4) Server:
-Again, I know what a server is, but I don't know why I'd want to use
a central server. Is it for managing several users on the same
network?

I'd like the tutorial to provide hints to answer these questions, but
you shouldn't make it much more complex - the current amount of
information is quite right.
