+1, as a netbook user.  It's a useless waste of space.  Take the Appearance 
page, for instance:

Style - Allows the manipulation of widget behaviour and changing the Style for 
KDE
Colours - colour settings
Icons - Customise KDE Icons
Fonts - Font settings
Windows - Configure the look and feel of window titles
Splash Screen - Manager for Splash Screen Themes
Emoticons - Emoticons Themes Manager

Where is one piece of information that is actually needed?
