This change does not affect Dolphin. I "specialized" the header drawing code to 
systemsettings.

On my way of rewriting KCategorizedView I will give different approaches and I 
will ask here which ones you think are better (so we have a one consistent 
categorized view, without mattering the point of it).

Can you point me which designs should I try ? Would it be possible if I had a 
mockup of the _ideal_ thing so I can go directly for it ?
