In the menus you see this info right away without any plugins. For 
toolbars I think the right place is tooltip, again without plugins or 
extra clicking. You move mouse over button and you see (*)

Send Later Via [Ctrl+E]

where Ctrl+E could be the text but it could nice key-like items.

(*) currently you don't.
