1)Im glad you liked my proposal for krfb. The thing is most kde apps could
be improved in this way very easily and we
artist are glad to help out when it comes to usability and art. You guys
just need to ask us =)

2) If the sections is more then window width there is couple of solution to
that problem.

 2.1 First solution is just to expand the window width if needed automaticly
 2.2 Make the top part small automaticly if the window width is too big so
all components can fit inside
