Many users store all their files in the Desktop, maybe the music collection 
too.
So imagine cases as Amarok saving the playlist and music folder like:
  /home/user/Desktop/mp3
and later the user changes the name of "Dektop" to "Escritorio" (in Spanish). 
Then Amarok will fail
