Some things may be obvious to you, but:

* the original poster asked for input from the "usability team"(there's no 
clear definition of that)
* the term "usability expert" is readily used in this thread as well as 
elsewhere, which means people think it is a usable term in this context.

So, all I wanted to emphasize was that people consider what I and other write, 
not whatever title we may have. If that's obvious -- that's great then, and 
please move along :)
