Ah, I like using drop-down button in such places too. Categorize them and we 
can get nice results. However I can see that "Send with email" is sligtly 
easier to understand than "Open in KMail" (especially that there are people 
preferring hidding KMail name compeletely in favour of E-Mail/whatever name). 
I dont know how to put make it compatible with "Open with.." caption of the 
button though.
