When you click outside of KMenu it closes - now: did user want to close 
KMenu or was it an accident. When calling KMenu again should be last state 
restored or not?

Also: how filtering should be done? Greying out entries still leave whole, 
big structure to navigate. Removing entries will likely cause input widget 
to move, ugh.
