I like the idea behind that but placing such widget inside of K-Menu is 
weird.

AFAIU idea is to be able to filter KMenu entries not only by name but also 
by description. Better implementation would be putting this ability in 
Alt-F2 dialog (Run command..., don't know official name :)

How it should work?

Run command...
User enters: word
Message: No program named 'word' maybe you want to start:
KWord (Word processor)
OO Writer (Word processor)

[ names of course clickable ]
There could be also possibility to:
Do you want to start that program each time when requesting 'word'? [ ]
