The KPrinter interface is awful (nothing wrong with the functionality though), 
and should focus around the primary functions most people will want to do:

1. Set up a printer (basic).
2. See list of usable printers.
3. Re-configure a printer (basic).

It should not provide the kitchen sink to a user in one single interface. 
That's not to say that those extra options shouldn't be there (configuring 
the server etc.), just not in everyone's face.
