At this time I really have no plans to put my code into cvs.  It is hardly 
working and is more than anything else just to present some different ideas.  
Much more than anything else I want to help on the doc of where modules go 
within kcontrol.  A few things like grouping app appearance and all the 
account modules just make too much sense once tried not to have it be that 
way rather than having it be 100 modules.

I'll read the attached docs and get back with more info.
