I will vote for your wish as soon as you will have reported it ;-)
A second concern: I have my kicker minimal size.
Date isn't displayed in this case (or at left but I hate loss space).
The KPassivePopup would help a lot, in wait of implementing the date under
the time on small kicker sizes.

Me too.
Mandrake 9.2 ; KDE 3.2.0 RPM package
So, then I understand what is that "Timezone" list that appears in
the context menu of the clock :-D
I was able to configure it but never know what it was for.
I could replace a lot better the 'two clocks applets' that are in
my kicker (and that never remember the timezone :-( ) and save space.
It's another related issue: *it must be clearer* what is this list.
I propose to add a small descriptive label on top of the "Timezone"
tab in the "Configure clock" dialog.
The list of timezones currently come from nowhere and seem useless.
I just realized that it has a "What's this ?" help.
But nobody use what this system (partly because very little apps have
them).
I propose to move this "What's this" help as a label.
Isn't it ?
