Customizability is one of the key factors of KDE. KDE is very customizable, 
and this is one of its strengths.

And, it does interfere with the customizability, as it requires a certain 
button/area to be there for the panel to be easily editable. This makes it a 
serious issue for me to remove a certain button: that's an issue for 
customizability.

I asked for an example of how it would be interworked. You proposed one that 
just wasn't close to acceptable. How is this crap? Do you think I didn't 
mean that the Panel would be used in that manner? Well, here's a hint, I 
don't have a K-Menu button, and my panel was floating in the middle for a 
couple weeks last month. Your mockup was crap. If your mockup was not what 
you meant, then explain what you meant, but what you showed me was 
ridiculous.
