It selects by paragraph? My proposal is exactly to not make that happen. I 
cannot verify it myself, so maybe it's a misunderstanding.

The following should hold true:

- - For editable texts, be it KWord, Kate, input elements/textareas, or 
contenteditable text in Konqueror, it should be moved (though there should be 
a modifier to make it copy instead, like Ctrl).

- - For read-only text, which is the common case in html, dragged text should be 
copied by default (well that's actually undisputed, but I wanted to make it 
explicit).
