I think Konqueror should go to some kind of plugin system for these extra 
features where people can easily enable/disable plugins via checkboxes in a 
config tab. If people disable it, the plugin will be not loaded in memory and 
there will be no options in the menus.

e.g.:

* Bookmark functionality
* Webmaster stuff (W3C check, DOM, JavaScript Debugger,...)
* Tabbed brosing functionality
* HTML rendering engine: select one in the list: KHTML, Mozilla Gecko, 
Opera,...
* Maybe some more things.
