Nooo. Never ever must ctrl-enter do a line break. Iff enter cannot be used, it 
should be at least Shift+Enter. If people get used to Ctrl+Enter in kopete, 
you can bet they'll send loads of incomplete mails with kmail.

Good that you mention it. Existing users' behaviours are usually never taken 
into regard when changes are proposed.
