Nooo, Ctrl+Enter *sends* the message immediately. You wouldn't want your email
to be sent on Enter. It should be left as is. Shift + Enter has the semantic
of "insert line break within paragraph", Enter "close old paragraph, begin
new one". (There's no difference right now because KMail allows no rich text
input).
