It's YOU who doesn't know how the free software development model
works.  People like Eugenia make us, whether you agree with her or not,
go the right and the better way.  You should be thanking her for her
effort no matter how misguided (on the record: I don't think her effort
is misguided, I in fact agree with her) you might think she is.

You know how much effort is behind a polished article/column with screen
shots goes?  She probably spent the better part of eight to twenty hours
reviewing our efforts in a very agreeably and helpful way so we'd
ultimately get more audience and perhaps more money. She flamed none and
instead helped us.  There's value, big value in her community service.

I can value that.  I do.

Admit it, the control center is a bit big.  I myself have trouble
looking for certain options.  The find thing does help, but that's not
the point.  The point is that optimally you and I shouldn't need to use
it at all.
