Subject:    Consolidate the Paths and User Account dialogs

I think it would be a good idea to consolidate the User Account and Paths 
dialog into one dialog.  Neither in there current state are to big, and are 
also related to user based preferences.  Then maybe the option in the 
Configure Desktop could have this considated dialog.
