it's not about agreeing, it's about being able to code this at all; look at 
the reports in b.k.o regarding this exact problem for a full explanation of 
the challenges.

slightly OT: code trumps agreement. it would be really easy to sit here and 
blast out a dozen emails a day highlighting fairly obvious usability issues. 
i'm not exagerating. but that won't do much good since it isn't recorded 
anywhere useful (that's what b.k.o is for) and it won't result in code being 
written to fix the issues. 

what i'm driving at is that it isn't an issue of identifying problems, it's an 
issue of researching and then later implementing the solutions.
