IMO "Home" isn't that bad, I think that it's even better because it's shorter. 
People now this term from _home_page. "Personal Files" can be showed then in 
the tooltip. (If the final conclusion is that "Personal files" is better, I 
suggest to use in that case "Home" in the tooltip.
