Subject:    Desktop Icon 'Home' -> 'Personal Files (Home)'

I saw that in the kmenu we have 'Personal Files (Home)' but on the 
desktop its label is 'Home'. This should be changed not only for 
consistency (not really, because only applies where the 'Description 
(appname)' is set for kmenu) but more importantly because 'Home' is a 
*nix only term and doesn't mean anything to our Windows friends.

Any major objections/oversights?
