That wouldn't be a good idea. Popups have a purpose and that's to
provide you with information you likely want to know. Just because
you're annoyed by 90% of the popups in KDE because you know them off by
heart, doesn't mean that you know of the other 10%.
What if you've set this option and a new version of Application X needs
to warn you about something new?
