IMO, we MUST AVOID popup dialogs in KDE : it's what I hate in Windows
(we are invaded by those things : "Do you want to connect you to
internet ?", "Do you want to pay your antivirus ?", etc...).

And I also like the idea mentionned in another mail : popup a MENU where
we can "Move here / Copy here / Link here // Cancel", it's a good
compromise : if user d'n'd by accident, he get a feedback BEFORE
rearanging icons (which can be annoying to rearange icons as before),
most users are familied with this menu and will recognize they have been
d'n'd-ed a thing (even if they don't know *which thing*) and will
immediatly click on Cancel to don't care of that little accident.
With that, is d'n'd in menus must be disabled ? It can be but it now can
enabled : no real danger...
